Remove what distracts you “Customize sound” shows every sound as its single layers. Take out what bothers you — from then on the sound plays without it.
Your own sounds for the day Under Create, pick a style, listen and shuffle again as often as you like, then keep it as a sound of your own. Two are included, and with Pro you keep up to fifty.

The focus session keeps the time 25, 50 or 90 minutes – or open-ended. At the end the music fades instead of just stopping, and you decide when the day is done.
Private from the start No account, no sign-in, no tracking. Soft Focus sends no usage data. Your sounds leave your device only if you sync them through iCloud yourself.
